Automating a meeting space starts with knowing whether anyone is in it. The OCS 100C answers that question using four 32 kHz ultrasonic sensors and a dual-element pyrometer behind a 12-element Fresnel lens. Out of the box both technologies must agree before an occupancy signal is reported, which is what keeps a passing shadow or an HVAC draught from waking a room. The sensor wires straight into digital I/O or FLEX input ports on Extron controllers, or reaches them over eBUS with optional interface accessories.

Ceiling installation is supported both centred and in a corner, and an infrared mask is supplied for blocking hallway traffic.
