This kit ships all of it: black and white faceplates, matching volume knobs, a mud ring, a plastic spacer and a metal AAP bracket. The faceplate is magnetic, which is why the spacer matters — Extron requires it whenever the unit is not installed in a mud ring so the plate seats correctly. AAP plates should be fitted tight against each other in the bracket with no gaps.
