Extron FOX3 Matrix 320x no FPC (part number 60-1578-02) — the 12U modular fiber optic matrix frame supplied without the front panel controller. Extron lists this part as retired.

Mechanically and optically this is the same 320x chassis as the IPCP Pro version: 40 slots, each taking a FOX3 I/O 88 board with eight LC fiber ports, giving a switcher that grows from 8x8 to 320x320. What it does not carry is the integrated IPCP Pro Q xi control processor fitted to the IPCP Pro models. Control comes instead from the front panel USB configuration port, the rear RS-232 port and the Ethernet port, or remotely through an FPC 6000 Front Panel Controller.
