Extron FOX T USB Extender Plus HID MM (part number 60-1526-11) — the host-side multimode fiber transmitter in Extron's secure USB extension pair.

This unit connects to the computer, not the peripherals. A single female USB type B socket takes the upstream connection from the host, and the transmitter converts that bus onto a duplex LC multimode link running at 600 Mbps. Peripheral emulation holds the host-to-device conversation together so the session survives even when the far end changes state. Because this is an HID build, the extension is deliberately narrowed to a restricted set of device classes.
