Details
Extron FOX II T HD 4K SM (part number 60-1351-12) — the singlemode send end of Extron's FOX II T HD 4K fiber optic extender, for HDMI runs that leave the building.
Same transmitter chassis as the multimode variant, different optics. The SM order code fits 1310 nm transceivers for singlemode plant and a stated operating distance of 30 km (18.75 miles), with a 13 dB optical loss budget and -18 dBm typical sensitivity at the far end. HDMI arrives on a female connector, a buffered loop-through keeps a local monitor fed, and video, analog or de-embedded audio, RS-232 and IR all travel out on two LC-terminated fibers. Extron lists this transmitter as compatible with its FOX II R DP 4K receiver.
