Extron FOX II R DP 4K SM (part number 60-1462-22) — the singlemode receive end of Extron's FOX II DP 4K fiber optic extender, built for DisplayPort runs measured in kilometres rather than metres.
This is the long-haul order code. Where the MM build tops out inside a single building, the SM version drives 1310 nm optics across singlemode fiber for a stated reach of 30 km (18.75 miles), backed by a 13 dB optical loss budget and receiver sensitivity down to -18 dBm typical. At the far end it rebuilds a DisplayPort signal with embedded digital audio, two buffered analog audio outputs, and bidirectional RS-232 and IR, all from a pair of LC-terminated fibers. EDID emulation keeps source and display negotiating cleanly across the span.
