Where the US part drops into a 2' grid, this variant is dimensioned at 23.4" (59.4 cm) square so it seats correctly in 600 mm x 600 mm and 600 mm x 1200 mm metric ceilings. Everything acoustic is shared with its US sibling: Extron's patented Flat Field loading, which suppresses the narrow high-frequency lobe that forms under an ordinary ceiling speaker, and a 170° conical pattern that keeps output usable well away from the axis.
