Extron EWB 104 (part number 60-455-01) — gray four-gang external wall box from Extron's earlier EWB part numbering, now retired.

This is the surface-mount answer for a four-gang Extron plate on a wall with no back box behind it. The steel enclosure bolts to the wall face and presents 8.2 inches of plate width with 2.50 inches of clear depth, which keeps a fully loaded faceplate from binding on its own connectors. Knockouts on the ends line up with surface raceway; installers pulling from the cavity can use the rear opening instead. A PEM #6-32 insert and grounding screw are included.
