Extron DVS 605 (part number 60-1059-01) is a 1U rack video scaler built to unify HDMI and analog sources on one system.

The base model in the DVS 605 line accepts three HDMI inputs plus two auto-sensing analog inputs (RGBHV, component, S-video, or composite) and scales any of them to simultaneous HDMI and analog outputs. A 12-bit decoder with 3D-adaptive comb filtering handles deinterlacing up to 1080i, and seamless switching moves between sources without a visible cut. Integrators use this configuration when a room needs to combine legacy analog gear with current HDMI equipment on a single scaler, without dedicated audio switching or an SDI output.
