The Extron DVS 605 (60-1059-01) is a new 1U rack video scaler available through Ampronix for unifying HDMI and analog sources. It accepts three HDMI inputs plus two auto-sensing analog inputs (RGBHV, component, S-video, or composite) and scales any of them to simultaneous HDMI and analog outputs with a 12-bit decoder and 3D-adaptive comb filtering for deinterlacing up to 1080i. Seamless switching moves between all five sources without a visible cut.
