Extron DVI 104 Rx (part number 60-977-13) — the display-end receiver of the DVI 104 fiber optic extender, available on its own.

Marked TO DISPLAY on the top panel, this unit takes four optical channels back to a single link DVI-D output and plugs directly into the display, secured by thumbscrews. Its fiber ports are numbered in reverse of the transmitter — port 4 nearest the power input — but must still be patched number to number, port 1 to port 1. Unlike the transmitter, the receiver has no option to draw power from the video connector: Extron requires an external supply through its 3.5 mm power jack, and the unit draws 1.8 watts at 5 VDC.
