Extron DTP3 T 212 D (part number 60-1714-53, white faceplate) — a two-input decorator-style wallplate transmitter carrying USB-C and HDMI at 4K/60.
Three connections live behind the plate: a female HDMI type A port, a female USB type C port handling DisplayPort Alt Mode on two or four lanes, and a 3.5 mm analog stereo jack whose audio can be embedded into the digital stream at the transmitter. Everything leaves on one RJ-45, and that same twisted pair can feed the unit its power, which removes the need for an outlet inside the wall box. Installers can flip the output between DTP3 and HDBaseT to match whatever receiver already lives in the rack.
