Extron DTP T MK 4K 231 (part number 60-1533-12) — a modular HDMI DTP transmitter sized to drop into a 1-gang MK junction box enclosure.
This is architectural extension reduced to its smallest useful form. The device module measures 55 mm square, so it seats in any mounting frame built for 55 mm modules and disappears behind a matching plate. One HDMI source goes in; digital video, embedded digital audio and remote power come out on a single shielded twisted pair run to a DTP or HDBaseT receiver. Because power can travel back up the same cable from a powered endpoint, a room with no accessible mains at the plate location still works.
