Extron DisplayPort M-M/3 (part number 26-657-03) — a 3 foot latching DisplayPort cable from Extron's 4K Verified DisplayPort Series.
Short runs are where cheap cable does the most damage, because a rack or lectern is exactly where a dropped link gets noticed. This assembly is built to the DisplayPort 1.2 standard with a male latching connector at each end, so the plug stays seated when a shelf gets pulled out or a cart moves. Extron measures cables of 3 feet and under neck to neck, between the strain reliefs, so the usable length is what you actually get between chassis. Anything up to 12 feet in this series is rated for 4096x2160 at 60 Hz, which puts this length comfortably inside the 4K envelope.
