At 100 ft the cable comfortably covers a rack-to-room run that crosses a corridor or turns a corner above the ceiling grid. Power and data travel together: the 18 AWG pair feeds the panel, the shielded 22 AWG pair carries the control link, and both sit inside one blue FEP and PVC jacket stack that carries the CMP marking an inspector expects in return-air space.
