UT stands for under-table, and that is the whole design premise: the surface stays intact. The enclosure mounts to almost any underside, and its aluminum body is only 2.43 in deep front to top, so it tucks in without eating legroom. Modules are reached from the front once installed, which means an enclosure can be pre-populated in the shop for a fast site fit and still be serviced later without dropping the unit. It carries up to four full-size Flex55 or EU modules — eBUS button panels, DTP transmitters, connectivity plates — with half-size and double-size modules mixable, plus two Retractor or Retractor XL retraction modules.
