The Extron BB 1 (70-1007-01) is an in-wall back box built for the TLP Pro 320M and TLP Pro 520M TouchLink touchpanels. It is constructed of clear zinc coated steel and provides a recessed enclosure that lets the touchpanel sit flush with the wall surface.

Mounting a touchpanel directly into drywall without a back box leaves wiring exposed and the panel loosely supported. The BB 1 solves this with a purpose-sized steel enclosure and four conduit knockouts that let installers route low-voltage cable cleanly behind the panel before it is fastened in place.
