Extron Captive Screw Connector (part number 100-461-01) is a replacement captive screw terminal plug from Extron's connector range, supplied ten pieces to a package.

Extron builds this family so that a lost or damaged terminal plug does not turn into a device swap. Wiring Notes

Extron's audio connector wiring card sets roughly 3/16 in (5 mm) as the length of copper to expose on a captive screw termination. Longer, and adjacent contacts risk bridging; shorter, and the conductor can pull free even with the screw tightened. Leave the strands untinned - tinned wire loses its shape and the joint slackens over time. On unbalanced audio, the cable sleeve lands on the ground contact rather than the negative.
