New units:
We honor the manufacturer's warranty. Unit can be sent to us (at customer discretion) for inspection and testing and, if required, we will send unit to manufacturer for warranty dispensation. We recommend sending unit directly to manufacturer for expedited service and/or replacement. Customer is responsible for inbound freight. Return freight per manufacturer warranty.

Refurbished units:
We offer a 1 year parts and labor warranty on all refurbished parts sold. We offer a 30 day (from date of receipt) warranty replacement/exchange. Thereafter, unit must be sent to us for warranty service. If customer requests replacement/exchange unit after 30 days, replacement unit will be prorated based on months in service. All warranty units must be sent to us for validation of warrantable replacement or repair. Customer is responsible for inbound freight. We absorb outbound freight cost with exception of expedited (i.e.: overnight) freight service. Warranty is void unless full payment of unit invoice has been received per customer terms arrangement.

Service units:
We offer a 1 year parts and labor warranty on all service performed. Warranty items must be sent to us for validation of warrantable repairs (We are not liable for units altered or damaged by customer). Customer is responsible for inbound freight. We absorb outbound freight cost with exception of expedited (i.e.: overnight) freight service.

Rejected Claims:
Warranty is voided if warranty stickers are removed or tampered with, unit is damaged, or exhibits evidence of customer negligence. Customer will be billed an evaluation fee or repair charge (at customer's discretion) plus outbound freight.
