thermal printer offers high performance and
high resolution printing. Designed specifically
for image-critical medical applications, the
Mitsubishi CP-980DW delivers exceptional color
reproductions economically. Roll-type paper
offers both cost-effective printing and jam-free
low maintenance technology for reliable, consistent
operation.
The
Mitsubishi CP-980DW produces 160 S-size (5"
x 4") prints or 100 L-size (5" x 7")
prints per roll at speeds as little as 17 seconds
per print. The paper roll and ink sheet cartridge
are mounted from the top of the front slide-out
mechanism and are readily accessible for easy
operation. A high density 348 dpi high resolution
thermal head transfer printhead produces exceptionally
sharp images with resolutions up to 1600 x 2132
dots. The printer provides a high speed connection
to medical diagnostic equipment with USB 1.1.
Other outstanding features include 16.7 million
colors and a choice of 120 VAC or 220/240 VAC
input power for worldwide use.
